As a school district, we are always working toward Continuous Improvement , but schools cannot do this alone. More will be accomplished if schools, families, and communities work together to promote student success. In order to facilitate this kind of partnership, the Richland-Bean Blossom Community School Corporation became a district member of the National Network of Partnership Schools . The National Network of Partnership Schools (NNPS), established at Johns Hopkins University in 1996, invites schools, districts, states, and organizations to join together and use research-based approaches to organize and sustain excellent programs of family and community involvement that will increase student success in school. Each of the five schools in R-BB has a Partners in Education Team (P.I.E. Team) which uses the School Improvement Goals together with the 6 types of involvement as defined by the NNPS to create an annual plan for the school. These PIE Team consist of school personnel, community members and parents. To view the plans for each school click on the school's link.
